Did you know there are studies that show that customers purchase more when there is physical contact? It makes sense when you think about what that could consist of when it comes to amazing customer service. Did you offer to help zip the dress for your client? Did you help put the shoe on her foot or take her boots off? Are you genuinely warm and friendly and give hugs and connect with your clients? Do you go as far to have them sit in a chair and help them try a quick pin up with their hair before they purchase a necklace just to get the full effect? Well if not, maybe consider it or hire that social butterfly and that chatty Kathy to take your customer service to a WOW. She will naturally connect without forcing it.
