Want More Time and Money from Your 2023 PR Activities?

There are extra dollars and hours hiding from you right now!

The new year is here, and your big holiday bills are rolling in. Ugh! Well, here are a few tips to help you recover those funds in the months ahead with public relations, marketing and more…

How to Save Time and Money From Your 2023 Public Relations’ Activities!

Public relations, or PR, relates to all of your business communications, both internally and externally. This means you probably have a lot going on in this area relative to the messages you send out via social media, email, print, text, phone, and other venues.

With all of these communication activities, you may find “secret” time and money you can get back!

What is happening with your public relations this year?

1. Outsource research, reporting, database-entry and other time-consuming tasks.

Tracking all of your media mentions, website hits and marketing results takes time and effort. It’s often tedious work that involves research, database entry, finding specific stats, reviewing numbers, and other detailed activities.

The big question is, are you doing this?

If so, look for an intern, part-time employee, freelancer, or someone else to help you!

This is work that can be outsourced at various price points so you should not be doing it!

By outsourcing, you can free up a lot of your time so that you can focus on core business responsibilities that actually increase sales for your business.

2. Stop paying too much for services you don’t need.

When was the last time you looked at all of the different subscriptions, services and software programs you use in your PR efforts?

Set a few hours aside to review each one. You may find that you are paying for services you and your team members don’t even use!

Also, what are the results of the services you are using?

If you are paying for huge media databases, press-release distributions, ghostwriting, and more, is it worth it?

You may be able to have an employee, expert freelancer or Fractional PR Director do this work and get better results than these services and programs.

3. Review what you are really getting.

If you are paying a big agency for PR services on a monthly basis, what are you really getting for your money?

Are they just using the same templates for all of their clients and filling in the blanks with your company name?

Are they paying for media placements without your knowledge?

Do they outsource press-release distributions and work to others and charge you an exorbitant fee for doing so?

While great salespeople can convince you that they provide products and services you can’t live without, it’s up to you to see if this is true! You may find that you are not getting what you pay for!

Boom! Money in your Pocket and More Time To Spend It!

Just by scheduling a few hours to review what’s really going on with all of the products and services you pay for in relation to communications and PR, you can save a lot of time and money. By outsourcing tasks that you don’t need to be doing, reviewing fees you pay each year and really looking at results, you may find thousands of dollars, and hours that you can reclaim for your business!

What will you find?!!
