See #1 above. Why waste time on something that makes you fall asleep?
4. It’s the same old thing.
Just how many of those political mailers are you reading at this point?
I don’t know about you, but they all blur together with all of my other junk mail after a few days.
You’ve got to provide unique information that people will find valuable and interesting.
5. You aren’t a good writer.
I hate to say it, but it may be time to hire a professional copywriter to help you.
They know how to use the present tense, add a specific style and tone to the writing, tell an enticing story, and more. Plus, an experienced copywriter trained in SEO can optimize your content for the search engines for an extra, marketing boost.
You may need to face the facts and realize that your content is just not that good. If you don’t see results from your writing, it’s time to make a change.
Either take some courses to improve your skills or look for an experienced copywriter to help you.
After all, content is an important part of business success. You need to tell a story in the right way to create a specific brand image and boost positive word-of-mouth.
If your writing is difficult to read and gives a bad impression, your customers will go to the competition.
The good news is that once you improve your content, you can focus on your core responsibilities. And if your content is really good, you can watch the sales roll in while relaxing in a lounge chair by the pool!
