The Turkey and Pie are Gone. Now What?

Continue the Thanking Even After Thanksgiving

Well, the year is winding down, and Thanksgiving has past.

This is a “crazy” time of year for me, and I usually spend many hours in front of my computer writing and developing content strategies for my clients.

And while Thanksgiving may be a thing of the past, I try to keep the meaning of the holiday alive and well. By noting all of the things I’m thankful for in my life, the stress melts away, and I’m inspired to reach new goals.

With this in mind…

Being Thankful Can Help You More Ways Than You Know.

When things get overwhelming and stressful, stop and think of ten things you’re thankful for. This helps me focus on what is truly important in my life.

Give it a try. You’ll be surprised at how quickly your mood changes.

Suddenly, the amount of projects, customer issues, tax payments, phone calls, meetings, and more seem less intimidating.

Thanksgiving is a time to thank those in your life who have helped you become the person you are today. It’s also a time to reflect on what’s important in life and all of the things you can be thankful for – and this is a wonderful thing.

And it’s so wonderful that I think it’s wise to reflect on Thanksgiving every day. Thank all of the folks around you and be grateful for what you have whenever possible.

This process will help you focus on what’s truly important in your life, reduce stress, and show others that you appreciate their kindness!

With this in mind, I’d like to thank you for reading this blog.
