DFSA x PINK: Serving Women from Workforce Entry to the Coveted C-Suite

In April 2025, through the generosity of a dedicated donor, Dress for Success Atlanta (DFSA) proudly acquired Little PINK Book, marking a powerful new chapter in our mission to advance women’s success.

A Powerful Partnership for Women’s Advancement

For nearly two decades, Little PINK Book has championed women in business — from aspiring professionals to senior executives — through inspirational content, thought leadership, and high-impact networking events. The power of the PINK network includes a robust database of business leaders and women at all levels across public and private sectors, along with bi-annual events that connect, inspire, and empower.

Following the acquisition, Cynthia Good, founder of Little PINK Book, will remain actively involved in an advisory role, ensuring that the legacy and community she built continue to thrive.

Expanding the Mission

“Our goal is to harness the momentum created by Cynthia and PINK, and capture more advocates, volunteers, board members, and supporters for Dress for Success,” says Susan Bonds-McCulloch, Executive Director of DFSA. “The need has never been greater for poverty-level women and families in our community. Together, we can hopefully make a huge impact on their futures.”

DFSA’s mission has always been clear: to enable women to earn a life-sustaining wage — which, for metro Atlanta, ranges between $74,000 and $107,000. By integrating PINK into our work, we’re not just expanding a brand — we’re deepening our impact.

Accelerating the Mission

“Integrating PINK into Dress for Success Atlanta is more than a brand expansion,” Bonds-McCulloch continues. “It’s a mission accelerator. With this next chapter, we’ll not only prepare women to enter the workforce, but equip them to rise, lead, and shape the future. Together, we are building a stronger, more visible platform for women’s success.”
