The sold-out luncheons featured panels of prominent female business leaders discussing career advancement strategies.

Little PINK Book surveyed the hundreds of professional women who attended the Fall Empowerment Series events and found that even in this economy more than 65 percent say joy and a sense of purpose are most important; beating flexibility, pay and job security. In addition, they would rather earn more money (59.4%), than have time off (40.6%).
