I was very excited to read the Pantone Fall 2015 report when it came out: it was an elegant departure from the somber colors of the past few forecasts. With rich colors like Marsala, Biscay Bay, Cashmere Rose and Cadmium Orange worked against more business-like staples Oak Buff, Stormy Weather, and Reflecting Pond I couldn’t help but fantasize about having a lot more color in my fall collection. Looking at the fall runways, I can tell you the designer community has not disappointed! Picture rich staples in great silhouettes that you have loved and missed returning to the stores and your wardrobes. Here are the items I am most excited about:
This fall’s clothes are clearly about conveying the image of a strong woman, whether in business or in play. And I, for one, think it’s about time! Enjoy the new season!
