Creative companies concentrate largely on their employees’ Life/Work balance and are offering everything from tuition reimbursement to cholesterol monitoring and free mammograms.

Studies show that cash incentives don’t always stay in an employee’s mind. Give your employees two free “I Don’t Want to Get Out of Bed” days a year for sickness, family outings, or just because.
Don’t have the budget for perks? Incentive Magazine suggests taking time to celebrate new business, involve your employees in meetings and decision-making and encourage mentorship.
