Career Advancement involves ACTION PLANNING! Working hard and waiting for recognition is not enough to secure the attention of top decision makers. Randomly accepting opportunities or waiting for the right one to come along, without having a clear plan, will not move your career forward. Women have to build relationships and negotiate for opportunity and advancement. This Women’s Leadership Summit guides participants through a day of self-discovery and action planning. Skill-building sessions cover areas of strategic thinking, power networking, career mapping, mentorship/sponsorship, self-promotion and building the right relationships.
