Hundreds of women will be in attendance to learn more on growing their business in this unpredictable economic climate, creatively breaking through more traditional business structures and processes currently in place. Recent surveys show more than 43 percent of attendees are business owners between 35-50 years of age. These women are married with household incomes between $100,000 to $499,000. Women are starting 38% of new businesses.
There are 13.2 million companies that are women or equally-owned firms, employing nearly 16 million workers, and generating nearly $2.7 trillion in revenues. Georgia is the ideal home for the third annual event as it has the fastest growth in woman-owned business. Recent statistics show they are up 95% since 1997.
