Not your standard networking lunch by any means! Our ‘Speed Networking’ luncheons always represent great networking value. They are loud, energising and exhausting but you just have to step our way and be part of it. This event is a wonderful entree to meeting other entrepreneurs and business professionals in a shortest possible period of time. The event is lots of fun and an effective way to make an abundance of initial connections in a supportive and dynamic environment.

If this is your first experience of ‘Speed Networking’, basically it involves being seated in two circles and gives you the opportunity to meet at least 20 luncheon guests one on one. Participants are split into two groups sitting across from one another and after the set time period (3 minutes) the outside circle of people will get up and move in one direction around the circle. A hot and cold buffet is served prior to the speed networking session commencing and dessert, tea and coffee will be served after – providing you with the opportunity to catch up with those you want to reconnect with at the event.

You need to be ready for action, fun and desired outcomes from this event, so here are some tips to ensure you’re prepared and can maximise the results to be gained from your participation.

What you’ll need:
– 70 Business cards – You won’t be able to participate effectively without them.
– A refined introduction pitch – Ensure the description of what you do is engaging and don’t waffle on. Yawn!
– Be attentive – Show more interest in others than in yourself. Don’t be a blow hole!
– Be memorable – Use humour, a unique point of interest or tip and ensure you shine in the crowd.

How to Promote Yourself at This Event:

Brochure or Product Sample Distribution: WNA Members who bring a door prize to this event are entitled to place their promotional flyers or product samples onto the seats for all the guests in attendance.

FREE Expo Tables: Whilst making an online booking WNA Members have the option of securing a Free Expo Table. If the option doesn’t appear it indicates all spaces have been secured.
