An innovator and world shaker, Bea Perez commits a big part of her life to supporting women globally. She serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications, Public Affairs, Sustainability and Marketing Assets Officer of The Coca-Cola Company. With a title like that, she would have to be an outstanding woman. Before becoming senior vice president, she built brands by developing some of the company’s most historic relationships, including with American Idol and NASCAR as the Chief Marketing Officer for Coca-Cola North America. In her current role she supports brands, communities, consumers and partners worldwide. She leads strategic and operational efforts for the company’s Retail, Licensing and Attractions portfolio of assets. She oversees the company’s sports and entertainment assets, including iconic partnerships with Olympics, Special Olympics and FIFA. She advocates community service and serves on the board of The Coca-Cola Foundation; the company’s global philanthropic arm. She advanced a global sustainability strategy designed to help grow the business while making a lasting positive difference for consumers, communities and the environment. The Trust for Public Land recognized her as a “Conservation Trailblazer” for her involvement with Coca-Cola’s commitment to water stewardship. The association of Latino Professionals for America listed her among the Fifty Most Powerful Latinas. She is a member of the American Advertising Hall of Achievement and the Sports Business Journal’s Hall of Fame. Hispanic Executive magazine included her on their list of Top 10 Leaders. Both CNN and People en Español named Bea among the “25 Most Powerful Latinas.” PINK is excited to showcase her along with some of America’s other top business leaders, on the 20018 Signature Fall Empowerment Event panel. #stepintosuccess.
