How Successful is Your Social Media?

A powerful social media marketing plan can put you and your business on the map. But how do you know if it’s working or backfiring? According to a recent Edelman study, 77 percent of respondents refuse to buy products or services from a company they don’t trust.

Here are some ways to measure your social media:

Tweet Level grades your Twitter’s influence by analyzing your followers, number of re-tweets, mentions, engagement and trust. Improving your score is usually as easy as making your feed more informative and interactive.

Measure the power of your small business Facebook page with Facebook Grader. It analyzes the number of fans, visitors and influence. Maintaining consistency, focusing on fan relationships, involving your employees and offering promotions and insider information will help.

Tweet Cloud compiles your most used words—especially helpful if you are trying to increase your keyword usage. It then breaks your posts down into number of re-tweets, original tweets and how effective they are (the more you get re-tweeted, the more people you’ll reach indirectly).
