Then I can work with each team member to boost their satisfaction in their high-priority areas, which leads to increased motivation and engagement overall.”

Allbusiness.com suggests creating a link between the organization and personal objectives. Work with each employee on a career plan that considers skills and goals.
Recognize employees as whole people, celebrate their roles outside work, and acknowledge Life/Work boundaries. Find out their personal priorities and cater to those while keeping the company’s performance in mind, suggests Businessweek.com.
