Accolades and accomplishments: Award-winning journalist with more than two decades of experience anchoring TV newscasts at stations across the country, created TV programs, wrote six books, won the Georgia Author of the Year award, opened Horseradish Grill restaurant and the Chapter 11 bookstore chain, launched Atlanta Woman magazine and PINK magazine which grew to a readership of 650,000. In 1989, catching the world’s largest roosterfish!
My success secret: Believing in the power of possibility, true love, taking action and that there’s no such thing as ‘can’t’.
My heroine: Karen Trilevsky, the owner of Full Bloom Bakery who evolved from homeless high school dropout to a the owner of a multi million-dollar business. She’s proof you can turn your dream into reality.
