Do You Provide Customer Solutions?

To Increase sales, solve your customers’ problems, and provide value.

Recently, I was fortunate to be interviewed on “Black Hollywood Live’s Phenomenal Women” program.

We had a great time during the interview, and one of the topics we focused on was providing solutions to customers.

With this in mind, do you provide solutions to your customers?

It’s important to reach out to your customers on a regular basis and see how you can assist them. Here are a few tips to help you get started…

1. Take advantage of social media.

Yes, I know it can take a lot of time to utilize all of the social-media-venues out there (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, etc.). But, this is a good way to reach your target market instantly.

Discover which social-media venues your customers use, and share new research, statistics, interesting stories, and other information on a daily basis.

This way, you will provide valuable information that customers will be more likely to use and share with others.

2. Write great content!

Remember, it’s essential to think about your customers before writing ANY content.

What unique insights and data can you provide that your competitors can’t?

What do your customers really care about right now?

Think about “what keeps your customers up at night,” and provide answers to their questions.

3. Be available.

Is it easy for customers to reach you and your team members?

If not, make changes so that people can contact you via phone, social media, e-mail, fax, etc.

Then, respond to requests quickly and train your team members to treat anyone who contacts your business with respect – no matter what!

Offer Solutions to Succeed!

By taking a few simple steps to reach out to your customers, you can increase sales and customer loyalty. After all, your customers know when you are honest, provide value and actually care about them.

Focus on offering excellent service, and give your customers solutions. You’ll help them and grow your business at the same time. Then, everyone wins!
