For more than 25 years, Little Pink Book has championed the ambition of professional women. Founded by Cynthia Good, Pink became one of the nation’s leading platforms for working women, a trusted source of candid career insight, inspiring stories and meaningful connection. At its heart was a simple but powerful belief: women go further when knowledge, relationships and opportunity are shared rather than guarded.
In 2025, through the extraordinary generosity of a donor, Dress for Success Atlanta acquired the Little Pink Book platform. It wasn’t a departure from Pink’s legacy. It was an opportunity to expand it.
Now Dress for Success Georgia, the organization has spent nearly 30 years helping women achieve economic independence through workforce development, career coaching, professional attire and ongoing support. Bringing that mission together with Pink’s legacy of content, community and leadership created something uniquely powerful: a continuum of support for women across the full arc of their professional lives.
From the woman preparing for her first interview to the emerging leader finding her voice to the executive ready to open doors for the women behind her, there is a place for her at Pink.
Today, Pink is building on everything that made the brand matter while reimagining what it can become. The ambition is bigger than career advancement alone. We want women to have access, to opportunity, influence, financial security, meaningful relationships and the confidence to build careers and lives on their own terms.
