Imagine a day when I, as well as you, can give a White House Project gift card to my beautiful nieces Sophie and Mikayla, or your beautiful daughters, granddaughters, and nieces for their birthdays, and they can go to The White House Project site on their mobile phones and their home laptops and take the first of many tiered courses on leadership relevant to their age group. For example, on “Her Brand” and how those they are friends with and the things they write on Facebook, Twitter, and all the rest impact her brand and her perception with others today and in their career down the road. As they take this course, which is lively, fun, entertaining, but also content rich, with media downloads and interactions, she has the opportunity to “certify” in the course on Branding. She can then take the course “How to Support Your Girlfriends,” “How to Build Relationships that Matter,” etc. When she takes the exam on each of these to certify and passes, she will be officially certified as a “City Council Woman”. As she engages in the next course, she will be certified as a “Mayor,” and then a “Senator” and then as “Vice President,” etc. Each of these will begin to be so well-known for their caliber of content, girls across America will be putting “Certified as Mayor in The White House Project Leadership Training” on their bios, their resume’s for colleges, and for jobs. And, in each course, she will be building a network of her own and learning all about politics, and how she can run for, and WIN a seat in public office.

Imagine a day when little girls in towns of 80 people to towns of 8 million will be online daily, getting mobile alerts and texts from women in these towns, their moms, and women across the U.S. (and globe) about what is happening in their local government, which women are proposing bills in legislature, what the girls stance is on it/Point of View, etc. The girls will start talking to their mothers about bills, their points of view and how they would vote or position it if they were in office. Moms will start talking to their friends, and soon we will have created the energy and engagement of thousands, millions of women and girls with points of view on bills, positions, and political office. Girls and moms will be entering the race and utilizing the network we have built together of millions to communicate, to solicit partnerships, and to solicit votes and collaboration.

Imagine a day when women are engaging in this online training and getting live, engaging training on leadership skills such as building a network where they can link to other women and men that can enable their legacy, their dreams to come true because they engaged in five tiers of WHP training and have been certified as a “Mayor,” a “Senator”, a “Vice President” and have this designation on their resumes for jobs which employers will see and give them an additional bonus up in terms of consideration knowing they had this training.

Imagine a day when, in every seat in every political office from county government to city government to state government to the U.S. capital, we will have 50% of the seats being held by women with their own points of view and the political capital and position to make change happen for so many in the U.S. and globally involving healthcare, education, environment, business, national security, and so many others!

Imagine a day when you (WOLF Innovation Omegas) look back on this project and are telling your daughters, your granddaughters, your friends, that it all started one day when you decided to get involved in a little WOLF event in New York City! And you did it because you wanted to make your mark in the lives of many, many girls and women you don’t know. And, you did it because you are a supportive woman wanting to create an environment where all voices are heard and everyone (male and female, boys and girls) lives are better. Imagine a day when you were the cause for change because you CHOSE to make your voice heard and bring your talents to the table. Imagine that day! Because that day is going to come true because of you! The day you decided to “Make your Mark!” WOLF Thanks YOU!

Tonight in New York City is a conference room of forty-five voices that each individually chose to make their mark! Tonight, they will begin the journey to reinvent and create stages for so many to have voices by designing the platform to enable exactly this! Tonight, in a random set of chairs will be the passions, the spirits, the engagement, the intellect, and the willingness to do whatever it takes together to create a new world. Tonight, you will create a new future for tomorrow! And, you will have made your mark truly! Sophie and Mikayla and millions of girls and women just like them will have a completely different experience, have voices that are heard, hands that are shook, and perceptions that they must indeed be the senior powerhouse person to talk with instead of the note-taker, the coffee person or the upcoming event planner! Sophie and Mikayla will truly be able to work alongside their male and female peers and feel support by both, regardless of the “package” they come in. And, it will be Sophie and Mikayla and all their girlfriends who will be the policy-makers on creating a new environmental stance, a new educational system, and a healthcare system that truly does serve people in a way that everyone gets fair and equal treatment, regardless of their gender or ethnic diversity or any other type of diversity!
