Kick Off Your Heels

We know heels are the go-to shoes for standard office ensembles. But by the end of the day… OUCH!

So it’s no wonder more working women are ditching the stilettos this season and opting for alternatives that are just as professional and chic:

Ballet flats are comfortable, versatile and affordable. Two-toned flats are big this season, but some other options we love include the pointed toe, t-strap and animal print.

An oxford shoe is definitely not just for male coworkers.

More feminine versions range from conservative wingtips to funky metallic. Try them with a belted shirt dress or a more conservative shift number.

Loafers go just as well with a classic power suit as your favorite weekend jeans.

Choose from comfy embossed leather or a patent leather pair with bow accent. They’re also the perfect complement to a pair of form-fitting cropped pants.

Wedges are great for ladies who want lift without the painful price. For the office, we suggest closed-toed versions rather than casual espadrilles.

These neutral wedges can be paired with a bright suit, or you can add a bold pair to an all-black outfit for a pop of color.
