Atlanta Habitat is sponsoring its first-ever Women Executive Build Day on Thursday, September 20, 2012, as part of the fifth Atlanta All Women’s Build. I am very excited to be a part of this event and invite you to join in the fun!
For a $500 donation ($250 for non-profit leaders), or more, you will work side-by-side with me, Teya Ryan of Georgia Public Broadcasting and other executive women who, like you, set a high standard for leadership and community involvement. The 8AM to Noon event (with lunch at Noon) provides three key opportunities:
Networking – New and familiar colleagues adding energy to this significant event.
Learning – Enhance your skill set and learn all it takes to build a safe, affordable and energy efficient home in just seven Saturdays guided by a dedicated female house leader and skilled women supervisors.
Giving – A few hours of your time goes a long way tolaunch new opportunities for a working Atlanta mother and her family.
When you add the benefit of additional exposure for your organization’s commitment to strengthening the Atlanta community, we hope you will see the value you will bring to and receive from our partnership. If you cannot attend and want to support this important project, please consider a donation that will help achieve the goal of raising $80,000 before August 1.
