PINK wants to THANK YOU for being part of this community dedicated to advancing women at work. It’s a mission we’ve been passionately pursuing for 20 years now! As we acknowledge this milestone and the progress we’ve seen as we continue to bring together America’s most powerful women business leaders, who so generously share their wisdom with women everywhere, we want to share a few highlights—

Slow but steady progress! 

  • Today 87 countries are led by women, compared to 22 in 1990 and 1 in 1953. (Source: gapminder.org/i)
  • Today 10% of Fortune 500 companies have a woman at the helm. When PINK launched in 2004, 2% of companies were led by women. The numbers continue to tick up, but not in all sectors and not in all jobs. Click here for more.

  • Newsletters on the 20th of each month! With more than 30,000 women influencers subscribed PINK tackles hot topics, featuring women leaders and delivering content free to your inbox. Share these gems with your friends. Last quarter PINK sent out 170,000 email blasts with a 25% open rate.
  • PINK’s YouTube channel features 30 hours of content as top women leaders speak on hot topics and success secrets.
  • The Pink Power Alliance development program for corporations and individuals, was built to support emerging women leaders. Join us!
    100% of attendees said they “Would recommend it to a friend or colleague” and 100% said they “Would recommend it to my company.”
